Muppy II with Bite Cap (rigid)

Sucking habits lead to protrusion of the maxillary anterior teeth, among other things, and can exacerbate existing mandibular advancement.
This is where the MUPPY cap is indicated. The (one-bite) coping prevents the oral vestibular plate from tilting in the event of mandibular advancement. The lower jaw is guided anteriorly into a neutral bite position.
